Let me introduce myself, my name's Melissa and I'm honoured to be the very first female Rumbler!

After Rumble's recent search for their next intern, I jumped at the chance to work with the talented team and swiftly began creating my application for the position.

I knew the Rumble team and their work well, since they play an integral role in Belfast's web community. I was eager to work somewhere where I would be challenged and could really hone my skills, so naturally, Rumble felt like the perfect fit.

I created a website for my application to convey my passion for design and all things web, as well as showing how good I'd look in a Rumble lab coat.

Like many Rumblers, I came from the University of Ulster's Interactive Multimedia Design course. At the time of my application, I was working on my major project, Instareel - a web app that combines users' memories with their Instagram photos to create their visual timeline.

Now, freshly graduated with first class honours, I'm looking forward to developing my skills with the team and getting involved in various interesting projects, as well as enjoying Rumble's famous corporate massages!
